1996 Chateau de Cerons Cerons
The village of Cerons is a dull road intersection south of Bordeaux and just west of Sauternes. Worth avoiding but for the presence of Chateau Cerons who make light, but very true, sweet wines that are remarkable value with a bit of bottle age. This is a fine example.
